Escorts Limited has received an in-principle approval from the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited and the National Stock Exchange Limited for issue and allotment of equity shares and secured convertible debentures proposed to be placed with Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) under Chapter XIIIA of SEBI (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000 for an aggregate amount not exceeding USD 150 million, in terms of Clause 24(a) of the Listing Agreement.
