Role & Responsibilities
- He should have good understanding related to tractors Agri segment/retail/tractors segment.
- Monthly, Quarterly & Annual targets through market coverage- Wholesale, Retail Sales, Collection and SOM
- Scouting and recommending dealer recruitment.
- Dealer Infrastructure enhancement and development.
- Primary focus will be on enquiry generation and enquiry conversion through BTL activations, outdoor and ATL campaigns, Social Media.
- Strong relations with local brokers, dealers, local tractor workshops and Financers
- Tractors sales or retail finance background
- Strategy formulation & Network Planning
- Forecasting and Budgeting
- Dealer Management
- Product Knowledge
